I (L. König) am currently with our colleagues at the Baltic Sea. Today we tried on the items that the head of "Sanitätsbedarf Richter" donated to us and then collected bandages in the village named Dranske.

Here's another huge "Thank you!" you to Mr Richter, who donated the items to us. They fit like a glove. The rest of us will get their items later.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, we organized a project day on the topic of "First Aid" at the kindergarden "Kita Sonnenblume Straach".

The aim was to teach the children the basic knowledge and skills in the area of "first aid" in a playful way.

First, we held a short discussion to explain to the children what we would be talking about today.

Then the emergency call and the recovery position were practiced and bandages and plasters were applied.

Then our time was almost up. We explained to the children what to do if they had a nosebleed and then we had to pack up our things again because it was lunchtime at the kindergarden.

I hope everyone had fun and maybe we can do it again next year.
